LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network on the Internet, founded on December 28, 2002. On December 8, 2016, it was acquired by Microsoft with $27 billion. LinkedIn now has more than 575 million members. In addition to LinkedIn’s free services, LinkedIn provides its clients with three categories of monetized solutions: Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, and Premium Subscriptions, which includes Sales Solutions. Talent Solutions is comprised of two elements: Hiring, and Learning and Development. In order to improve the customer experience, LinkedIn introduces new video and messaging capability and offers a complete solution via the co-working of Dynamics 365 for Talent. By the end of 2019, LinkedIn has 660 million users over 200 countries.
